After having our family vehicle stolen we were dealing with the pain of losing our cherished van while also seeking a new replacement. After searching countless lots and being hounded by eager salesmen, my wife and I were pleased to finally have met RJ; he was super great to work with.
I called ahead of time to ensure I could come out and look at a vehicle and he was prompt and available to answer any questions while also giving us information both good and bad about the vehicle. He was willing to admit if he didn’t know something but also quick to say, “But we can figure it out.”
I recommend anyone to stop here first before looking anywhere else. RJ is fun to work with, easy going and takes the pain out of buying a new car.
RJ is very professional. I had been looking for a Highlander for a couple of years. It just so happened I googled and found exactly what I was looking for. Vehicles are not overpriced. It's been almost a year since I bought my truck from RJ. He was fantastic to work with. The truck actually gave me some significant issues almost from the get-go. However, note this is a five-star review. RJ was as helpful as he could be throughout the process while I had multiple shops try to diagnose what was going on. RJ helped with a few of the repairs, helped line me up with other shops, and was always there to take a call or respond to a text when I had concerns. Even though the truck gave me some issues for the first several months, Milestone Auto still deserves a five star review because of the customer service. I eventually was able to get to the bottom of the issues, and now seem to have a really well operating truck that I feel I got a good deal on. I would recommend Milestone Auto to anyone, primarily for the customer service and for RJ being there to support me even when there were frustrating and confusing issues. I have no doubt my truck was a fluke, and that other vehicles sold our quality and a good value. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
If you are wanting to buy a vehicle without the pressure of a dealer just trying to get rid of a vehicle then RJ at Milestone is the dealer for you. Hands down one of the best if not best dealer in the area. Polite willing to work with you any way He can. My father was looking for a smaller used truck on a limited budget and RJ made it happen.
